Welcome to FixFlow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FixFlow's website, services, and software (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
FixFlow is a product operated by Affordmate ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). The Service provides AI-powered code analysis, error detection, bug identification, and automated remediation tools designed to assist developers and organizations.
02Account Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
03Use of Service
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
- /In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- /To transmit any unsolicited promotional or advertising material.
- /To impersonate any person or entity.
- /To interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users.
04AI-Driven Remediation & Code Access
FixFlow requires access to your source code repositories (e.g., via GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket) to provide its functionality. By connecting your repositories, you grant FixFlow a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to access, scan, and analyze your code solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Automated Fixes
FixFlow may suggest or automatically apply code changes (Pull Requests) based on AI analysis. You acknowledge that AI-generated suggestions may not always be perfect and you are ultimately responsible for reviewing and validating any code changes before merging them into your production environment. FixFlow is not liable for any bugs, outages, or security vulnerabilities introduced by AI-suggested code.
05Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FixFlow and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
Your source code remains your property. FixFlow does not claim ownership of any code scanned or analyzed through the Service. We use your code only to provide the Service to you.
06Payment and Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
07Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL FIXFLOW, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS.
